underwhelming stay
broken thermostat unhelpful staff
the room thermostat was clearly broken. i set it to 17 degrees, but the room remained stiflingly hot. the staff's response to my complaint was essentially a shrug and a promise to maybe look at it later. also, the bar staff seemed unwilling to provide even a simple snack, stating the kitchen was fully booked despite the restaurant's emptiness. it would have been nice with at least some flexibility.

Solid stay near airport
efficient staff clean hotel comfortable room convenient location
The staff was very friendly and efficient. I left something valuable, and they contacted me immediately to arrange its return, I really appreciate the service. The hotel is very comfy and tidy with everything you need. The location made a short walk to the airport building very easy.
The television coverage could be better. When watching, it would continually freeze, then the only way to reset it was to turn the tv off and start again.

Acceptable Hotel Stay
convenient location early breakfast faulty thermostat stained carpet
The location is very convenient to the airport. The hotel provided a footpath right from the airport exit, nice. Breakfast started early, at 4:30 AM. This helped me a lot because I had an early flight.
The thermostat control in my room didn't work properly. I adjusted it many times, but the room temperature remained too high. the carpet in the room had bad stains. This affected my impression of the room.
